Ashaad Emamdee—husband, father, and homeowner. With extensive experience in commercial construction, having built restaurants across the East Coast, I have cultivated a deep passion for design and functionality.

After purchasing my first mass-produced home in 2016 in Laurel, MD, I quickly identified the deficiencies in construction quality and materials. Leveraging 17 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, I realized how commercial design principles could transform residential living spaces.

With over 15 years of experience in commercial construction, Michael Abell is a seasoned professional recognized for delivering some of the East Coast's most distinguished restaurants.

Mike has adeptly led construction teams, sourced premium building materials, and managed complex permitting across various jurisdictions. As a licensed general contractor, Michael’s deep industry knowledge and dedication to excellence have established him as a trusted leader in the field.

  • We schedule a call to better understand you and your needs. Once we determine its a fit, we will start planning. Once planning begins, we will come up with a fee structure and goals depending on where the project is. Fees depend on the size of the project.

  • Although we do not have a preferred lending company, we can connect you with one.

  • On average, it takes about 6 months to construct. Although every jurisdiction requires different permitting, we can work ahead.

  • KONTAINERED stands behind their product. We put our stamp of approval on the building itself.

    Structural Coverage:

    For a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, we guarantee that the structural components of your container home will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

    This coverage includes the main structural elements, such as the walls, roof, foundation, and support beams.

    Systems Coverage:

    For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, we provide coverage for the major systems in your container home, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).

    This coverage ensures that these systems will function properly and will be repaired or replaced if they fail due to defects or workmanship issues.

    Additional Coverage:

    For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, we extend coverage for select components and elements of your container home, such as windows, doors, flooring, and exterior finishes.

    This coverage offers protection against defects, deterioration, and failures that may occur under normal use and maintenance.
